PMBA Congregations, let us give thanks for the many congregations and individuals who have given to the Local Missions and Ministries Offering. Funds from this special offering were used to purchase and equip the Community Outreach Trailer.

To reserve the Community Outreach Trailer, contact the PMBA office and be sure the date is available. Place your church's name on the reservation list for the date you need. A packet of information (including an application) will be mailed to you, OR you can download all the forms on line and mail them in with your $50 non refundable usage fee. To use the trailer, the application and usage fee must be in to the PMBA Resource Center at least two weeks prior to your event. Failure to get your application in on time might mean that you loose the dates of your choice.
Should the Community Outreach Trailer not be booked on a given week, you can book on short notice; however, the date will not be confirmed until the application and $50 usage fee is received. The COT can be used by any PMBA congregation that is hosting an outreach event. It cannot be reserved for individual use or used by a business. You must adhere to the date and time you reserved the COT (i.e., to reserve for Saturday, you must pick up by 10 AM on Friday. The PMBA office closes at Noon on Fridays, so please keep this in mind.) It must be returned the first business day after your event unless you arrange otherwise.
The trailer must be checked back in by an office staff person or volunteer. At this time an inventory of supplies used should be turned in to the office. Congregations using our supplies must reimburse only for the supplies used, which is determined when you check in the trailer.
There is an Evaluation Form that must be completed and returned when properly checking the COT back in. Failure to return the trailer on the designated date can result in a penalty fee based on the time it was returned.
The COT can be booked as early as six months in advance. During the summer months the COT is used several times a week, so please plan ahead and book long before your date. If your church is interested in booking the COT, please contact the PMBA office. Or, call Karen Taylor, Community Missionary (414-0812), or download the forms listed below. Mail them in as soon as possible to guarantee your date of choice.
